Good Karma Holistic Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Good Karma Holistic Gift Cards purchased in-store, online, or received as promotional gifts. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.

2. Validity Period

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue, as printed or stated on the card or email confirmation.
• After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the card will no longer be redeemable.

3. Usage

• Gift cards can be redeemed against any product or service offered by Good Karma Holistic, including (but not limited to):
• Tarot Readings
• Reiki or Energy Sessions
• Workshops and Events
• Products and crystals in-store
• The card may be used in part or full payment. Any remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry.
• Cards can be transferred or gifted to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Limitations

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
• No cash refund or credit will be given for unused balances.
• If the purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, the difference must be paid by another accepted payment method.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Please treat gift cards like cash. Good Karma Holistic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, and replacements will not be issued.
• Where proof of purchase exists and the card has not been redeemed, management may, at their discretion, reissue a replacement card.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by UK consumer law.
• If a service or event is cancelled by Good Karma Holistic, the amount will be credited back to the card balance or an alternative date will be offered.

7. General

• Gift cards remain the property of Good Karma Holistic and must be presented at the time of redemption.
• Good Karma Holistic reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, providing such changes do not affect existing rights.
• Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
