Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 1 is taught over one day, with an additional follow-up integration and practice session.

Foundations of self-healing, grounding, and energetic awareness

Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to working consciously with your own energy. It is designed for those who feel drawn to energy work for personal wellbeing rather than professional practice, and who want a steady, practical way to support themselves in daily life.

This level focuses on self-care, regulation, and embodiment. Through attunement and foundational Reiki practices, you learn how to bring awareness to your energy system, calm the nervous system, and create a more stable internal rhythm.

Reiki Level 1 is particularly supportive if you:

• Feel energetically drained or emotionally overloaded
• Absorb other people’s moods or environments easily
• Want a gentle, non-invasive way to support balance and clarity
• Are seeking a consistent personal practice rather than something performative

The emphasis is on direct experience and practical application. You will learn hands-on techniques you can use for self-treatment, grounding, and emotional support, without needing special tools or conditions.

This is not about “doing healing” to others. Reiki Level 1 is about learning to work with your own system first, building familiarity, confidence, and steadiness before anything else.

No prior experience with Reiki, meditation, or energy work is required. 

This training is limited to a maximum of six participants to ensure individual attention, clear attunement, and a calm, supportive learning environment. Small group teaching allows time for questions, integration, and confident hands-on practice.

What’s included

As part of your Reiki Level 1 Attunement, you will receive:

·       Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 1 Manual: A practical handbook covering core principles, self-treatment hand positions, grounding practices, and daily integration.

·       Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 1 Certificate; Certification confirming completion of Reiki Level 1, including attunement to the Level 2 symbols and documented Usui Reiki lineage.

·       Tea, coffee: Refreshments provided throughout the day to support comfort, grounding, and integration.

·       Private WhatsApp integration group: Post-training support space for questions, reflection, and guidance as you integrate Reiki into daily life.

·       Follow-up integration & practice meet-up after 21 Days: A supportive session to discuss Reiki Level 1 integration after 21 Days of practise and practise Reiki on others if desired (optional and consent-based). 

With Who;

Sinead, a Reiki Master and Teacher, intuitive channeller, and experienced tarot reader, with a grounded, ethics-led approach to energy work. Her teaching integrates traditional Usui Reiki with intuitive awareness, nervous-system sensitivity, and real-world application.

She teaches Reiki as both a practical healing modality and a path of self-attunement, supporting students to develop confidence, discernment, and energetic responsibility. Her background in intuitive work and tarot brings depth to the teaching, helping students understand how Reiki interacts with emotion, perception, and lived experience — not just technique.

Reiki is taught in a safe, supportive, and well-held environment, with an emphasis on embodied practice, clarity, and integrity.

A £50 deposit is accepted to secure your place on this training. The remaining balance is due on the day of training or the day before, and details will be provided after booking.
