Sunday 8^th February 2026 10:30 to 17:00 & 4 Hour Follow Up & Practise Session 

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 2 is taught over a full day, with an additional follow-up integration and practice session, in line with UK Reiki Federation teaching standards. This may be counted toward post-training practice hours.

Deepening practice, focus, and working with others

Reiki Level 2 is for those who feel ready to work with energy in a more focused, intentional, and confident way, and who may be ready to begin practising with others.

This level is often taken by people who want to move beyond self-care—either to deepen their own energetic capacity or to begin offering Reiki to others in a personal or professional context.

Through attunement and the introduction of Reiki symbols, you learn how to direct energy with greater clarity and precision. This includes working with emotional and mental layers, strengthening energetic focus, and learning the foundations of distance healing.

Reiki Level 2 supports:

• Developing discernment and responsibility when working with others

The training is grounded, practical, and experiential. Time is given to understanding how Reiki Level 2 differs from Level 1, how to work ethically and safely with others, and how to integrate this level into everyday life without strain or over-effort.

This Reiki is the traditional Usui Shiki founded by Mikao Usui and brought to the West by Hawayo Takata, emphasizing self-healing, spiritual discipline, and a lineage-based transmission.

This level is suitable if you:

• Feel steady in your Reiki Level 1 practice
• Want to practise Reiki with others (friends, family, clients)
• Are considering Reiki as part of your professional offering
• Want deeper focus and intentionality in energy work

Reiki Level 1 is required before attending this training.

This training is limited to a maximum of six participants to ensure individual attention, clear attunement, and a calm, supportive learning environment. Small group teaching allows time for questions, integration, and confident hands-on practice.

• Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 2 Manual
  Covering symbols, their uses, distance healing, working with others, and integration into daily life and practice.
• Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 2 Certificate & Lineage
  Certification confirming completion of Reiki Level 2, including attunement to the Level 2 symbols and documented Usui Reiki lineage.
• Tea & coffee 
  Refreshments provided throughout the day to support grounding, focus, and integration.
• Private WhatsApp integration group
  Ongoing post-training support for questions, reflection, and guidance as you integrate Reiki Level 2.
• Follow-up integration & practice meet-up
  A supportive session to discuss Level 2 integration and practice 21 days after attunement with the opportunity to practise Reiki with others (optional and consent-based) which may count towards to post-training practise hours. 

   

With Who;

Sinead, a Reiki Master and Teacher, intuitive channeller, and experienced tarot reader, with a grounded, ethics-led approach to energy work. Her teaching integrates traditional Usui Reiki with intuitive awareness, nervous-system sensitivity, and real-world application.

She teaches Reiki as both a practical healing modality and a path of self-attunement, supporting students to develop confidence, discernment, and energetic responsibility. Her background in intuitive work and tarot brings depth to the teaching, helping students understand how Reiki interacts with emotion, perception, and lived experience — not just technique.

Reiki is taught in a safe, supportive, and well-held environment, with an emphasis on embodied practice, clarity, and integrity.

Payment & Booking:

A £50 deposit is accepted to secure your place on this training. The remaining balance is due on the day of training or the day before, and details will be provided after booking.
